This is our 6th year with Florida Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, and as usual Rick has been a great host. The location of the Longboat Key property, known as "Beachplace" is the perfect location to enjoy warm gulf waters and beautiful sunsets. With access to pool and beach, as well as an easy car ride to St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants, this property boasts plenty of golf courses to play, as well as the vibrant downtown Sarasota nightlife to enjoy! Beachplace is an amazing vacation spot with everything you need. We spent our time at the beach, but there is also a very big pool to relax by. Thank you for assisting us in finding this place. Loved your condo.

We had a great month at Beachpace and loved 3-304. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying watching the Gulf of Mexico. Wonderful to go to the beach and have everything already set up for you. We enjoyed our time in Beachplace building 3, unit 304. Rick Benninghove gave us absolutely world class service on our one-month rental. He answered every phone call by the second ring, he took us to the property and spend plenty of time with us to make sure we were well taught in every aspect of living there, during the rental nothing we called about was ever too much trouble for him, and he kept every promise he made. I called several other agents about rental properties, and none were as responsive as Rick. I would not hesitate to go back to him again.
